When users join, there should be an onboarding flow to help them understand where everything is and guide them to start using the platform. If there are things they need to complete before being able to use the platform, then these should be done step-by-step by following the onboarding "wizard".

E.g., completing their profile, uploading the picture, adding any missing details etc.

For SaaS the customers would be the gym/sport school owners.

For non-SaaS, the customers would be the members.
